TERMS OF USE

Agreement of Terms – By renting equipment or using services from Beach Bum Accessory Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and  conditions stated in this agreement. You also agree that continued use of our services  signifies ongoing acceptance of any updates. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site, and you must immediately  discontinue use. 

User Representations – You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding  contracts, and that all personal and payment information you provide is accurate. You agree  that any false or misleading information may result in termination of service.

Prohibited Activities – You agree not to misuse, alter, destroy, resell, sub-rent, abandon, or engage in unsafe or illegal activities with any Beach Bum Accessory Rentals equipment. Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose.

Equipment Damage Fees – You are fully responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of rental equipment. Fees may include repair, replacement, and excessive cleaning costs. You authorize Beach Bum Accessory Rentals to charge the card on file for such fees.

Liability Waiver – Assumption of Risk – You acknowledge that recreational activities involve inherent risk, including but not limited  to sun exposure, water hazards, wind, weather, sand conditions, and improper use of equipment. You agree to assume all risks and release Beach Bum Accessory Rentals from liability for injury, accidents, or damages related to rental use. It is the renter’s responsibility to understand weight limits, pinch points, proper installation, proper storage, and transporting of ALL rented equipment.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations  within 8 hours of delivery or no-shows will result in one day rental fee for all items  reserved.

Third-Party Websites & Content – Our website or communications may include links to third-party platforms. We are not  responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these external services.

Copyright – The Beach Bum Accessory Rentals name, logo, digital media, and all branded assets are protected by intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Termination – We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion. 

Governing Law – All disputes, claims, or legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Disclaimer – All equipment is delivered in its stored position (chairs folded, canopy and umbrellas in  carry case Etc….). It is the renter’s responsibility to understand weight limits, pinch points,  proper installation, proper storage, and transporting of ALL rented equipment. Beach Bum  Accessory Rentals makes no guarantees beyond standard operation. The user assumes all  responsibility for safe and proper use. It is the renter’s responsibility to check and understand local county and city ordinances to insure they are renting the proper gear for that location.

Limitation of Liability – Beach Bum Accessory Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage,  financial loss, or weather-related disruptions resulting from equipment use.

Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach Bum Accessory Rentals from any claims,  losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse, negligence, or violation of this agreement.

Electronic Communications, Transactions & Signatures – Digital approvals, email confirmations, and electronic signatures carry full legal effect and  are treated equivalently to handwritten signatures.
